Booking the Band

 

Q: How do I book London All Stars Steel Band for an event?

A: Booking is simple. Just head to our Booking Page, fill out your event details, and we’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours with availability and pricing.

 

Q: What types of events do you perform at?

A: We perform at a wide range of events including weddings, festivals, brand activations, corporate events, private parties, parades, and more.

Q: What is the price for bookings?

A: Solo performances start from £275, while a three-piece band starts from £675. Workshops and larger bookings are priced on application.

 

Q: Does the booking fee include transport?

A: No. Please provide the full address and postcode so we can calculate transport costs separately.

 

Q: How many players are in the band? Can I choose the size?

A: We offer flexible band sizes depending on your event, from 3-piece acoustic trios to full-stage 8+ member orchestras. Let us know your vision and we’ll tailor the experience.

 

Q: Do you travel outside London / internationally?

A: Yes! We’ve performed across the UK and abroad. Travel fees may apply depending on your location—drop us a line to check availability.

 

Q: How far in advance should I book?

A: We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially during summer and Carnival season.

 

Q: Do you offer partnership or sponsorship opportunities?

A: Yes, we welcome meaningful partnerships and bespoke sponsorship opportunities. From branded floats and appearances during Notting Hill Carnival to custom t-shirts and other creative collaborations, we’re open to exploring ways your brand can show up in vibrant, culturally impactful ways. Steelpan Classes & Youth Programmes

 

Q: Do you offer steelpan lessons?

A: Yes, we run weekly classes and private lessons from 7 upwards and for all skill levels. Whether you’re a beginner or want to sharpen your skills, we’ve got something for you.

 

Q: What age groups can join?

A: Our classes are open to  7–18 for youth / adults welcome too. We’re passionate about nurturing the next generation of pan players.

 

Q: Where are your classes held?

A: Classes currently take place in Brixton. You’ll receive the full address and schedule after registering your interest.

 

Q: Do I need my own steelpan to join?

A: No need! We provide all instruments and materials for our students.

Q: What makes London All Stars different from other steel bands?

Q: Can I hire the band for film/TV or recording projects?

Q: Are you available during Notting Hill Carnival?

A: Yes, depending on your requirements. As the band is actively involved during Notting Hill Carnival, we recommend reaching out well in advance if you’d like to collaborate or feature us during the UK carnival season.
